BACKFIRE UAV Attack Reconnaissance Drone Complex is a tactical combat reusable aircraft designed for multiple missions. This small first-class aircraft-type aviation complex features autonomous operation and is launched via a pneumatic catapult, landing with a parachute system or like an aircraft. Primary combat missions include destroying manpower, lightly armored and unarmored objects, and enemy equipment day and night with video recording using a pre-calculated mission. It also offers additional reconnaissance with video data obtained upon return, delivery of special cargo to and from the line of combat contact, and remote mining capabilities. Key performance characteristics include high EW resistance, a practical ceiling of 1200 meters, and an electric power plant. It supports autonomous missions and optional manual control, with a flight range up to 180 kilometers and a payload up to 9 kilograms. The accuracy of destruction is up to 5 meters. Deployment time is just 5 minutes. The complete UAV complex includes three UAVs, a catapult, a control station, and additional equipment.
