GLS-1 Pneumatic Catapult

GLS-1 is a powerful pneumatic launch system for drones weighing up to 40 kg. It is capable of launching vessels at speeds up to 20 m/s at any time of day and in any weather conditions. The catapult operates autonomously from a gasoline or diesel generator with a power of 2 kW (220 V, 50 Hz) and does not require external power. The system supports automatic and manual air injection into the pneumatic cylinders. Two pressure gauges (on the compressor station and the control panel) allow the operator to precisely control the pressure level. An installed safety valve automatically activates when 12 bar is exceeded, and emergency pressure relief guarantees an additional level of safety. Launch is carried out remotely from the control panel. There is a locking pin that holds the carriage until launch. GLS-1 is an ideal solution for heavy platforms where autonomy and uninterrupted launch are important.
