Automatic support unit (BAS-M)

The BAS-M Automatic Tracking Module is engineered for superior processing of television and thermal imaging video signals. This module excels at object capture and auto-tracking using a tracking window, generating precise control signals based on the object’s deviation from the center of the raster. Key features include digital conversion and processing of video signals, determining selected observation objects, and auto-tracking of ammunition such as shells, drones, and missiles with “fire and forget” capability. BAS-M integrates service signals like adjustment and indication marks, and communicates via a CAN interface. Technical specifications include PAL STANAG video input, a 6.5 MHz frequency band, and a supply voltage range of 18–36 V. Perfect for remotely controlled systems requiring reliable, high speed object tracking.
