‘CAT-T’ Piston-type pneumatic catapult

Pneumatic piston-type catapult “CAT-T 60kg” is a reliable means for repeated launching of UAVs with the help of compressed air. The catapult is made in the form of a single structure of a launch platform with an air booster-inflator, an electromagnetic valve. Included with the catapult is a piston-pusher, remote controls for safe remote launching, and a high-pressure cylinder with a reducing gearbox and shut-off valves. Also, a compressor for pumping in field conditions can be additionally supplied with the catapult. The characteristics are indicated based on a large-sized UAV; for a UAV of smaller weight, the dimensions of the catapult can be reduced to a length of 2m upon request. The UAV bed and the attachment of the piston-pusher to the UAV are manufactured individually for the customer’s aircraft.
