Cyclop — a software and hardware system for automatic drone guidance, developed by a Ukrainian manufacturer. It is designed to equip multi-rotor UAVs and provides autonomous guidance of kamikaze drones to the selected target. The module is ideal for use by units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, in particular for: Destruction of enemy personnel; Destruction or damage to enemy equipment; Striking hard-to-reach targets due to EW or limited radio horizon; Performing training flights to prepare crews. The pilot selects a target, points the reticle at it, and activates target acquisition. After that, Cyclop automatically continues to guide the drone to the target, even in the absence of communication. Key advantages: Increased probability of accurate engagement due to automatic guidance in EW conditions and limited radio horizon; Support for various types of cameras: day, night, thermal imaging, both analog and digital for operation at any time of day; Compatibility with most FPV drones thanks to the CRSF protocol, without the need for hardware modifications; Ability to work with moving targets, which is especially important in combat conditions. Technical characteristics: Maximum target acquisition distance: from 350 m to 700 m and more, depending on the camera and optics used; Maximum target acquisition height (at a distance of 350 m): 200 m; Engagement accuracy (at a distance of 200 m): up to 1 m; Support for working with moving targets; Activation time before takeoff: up to 1 minute (activation occurs wirelessly, no need to connect adapters or flash drives); Cameras: analog and digital, with the possibility of using thermal imagers and night vision cameras. Cyclop significantly increases the effectiveness of combat operations, allowing the drone to reach the target even with loss of signal or control. Thanks to this product, the influence of EW is reduced and the accuracy of the strike is increased, which is important for operational units working in difficult conditions.
