When your referral count crosses a tier threshold, Faktorist automatically upgrades you and notifies you of your new status.

How Upgrades Work

Your tier is recalculated in real time. The moment your active referral count reaches the next threshold, your tier upgrades immediately. There is no manual review or waiting period.

Notification Channels

• In-app notification — a congratulatory banner appears on your dashboard.
• Email — you receive an email confirming your new tier and updated commission rate.
• Referral dashboard — your tier badge updates instantly.

What Changes When You Upgrade

• Your commission rate increases (applies to all future earnings).
• You may unlock new perks (priority support, ambassador events, co-marketing).
• Your leaderboard badge updates to reflect your new tier.

Can You Be Downgraded?

Tiers are based on your cumulative all-time active referrals. Under normal circumstances, once you reach a tier, you stay there. Tiers may only be adjusted if referrals are found to violate the program terms.
