Event submission guidelines and review process

To maintain the quality of the events calendar, all submitted events go through a review process before publication.
Submission Guidelines
- Relevant to B2B trade — events should be related to business-to-business commerce, trade, procurement, logistics, finance, or related industries.
- Accurate information — all details (dates, location, website) must be current and accurate.
- No spam — promotional events that serve only as advertisements for a single company may be rejected.
- Working links — the event website link must be functional and lead to a legitimate page.
Review Process
- After submission, events enter a Pending Review status.
- The Faktorist team reviews the event within 1 to 2 business days.
- Approved events are published immediately and appear in search results.
- Rejected events receive a notification with the reason for rejection. You can edit and resubmit.
Priority Review
Events submitted by verified companies and UAmbassadors are reviewed with priority.
