- Misleading claims — promising features or benefits that do not exist.
- Self-referral — creating fake accounts to earn bonuses.
- Paid advertising using Faktorist brand terms without permission.
- Bidding on Faktorist brand keywords in search engine ads.
Account Standing
Violations of the terms may result in commission forfeiture, tier demotion, or removal from the program. Faktorist reserves the right to review any referral activity for compliance.
