How to use the referral email templates

Faktorist provides ready-made email templates to make it easy to invite businesses through your referral link.

Accessing Templates

1. Go to Referrals in the top navigation.
2. Click Invite by Email or look for the email templates section.
3. Choose a template that fits your audience.

Available Templates

• General Invitation — a broad introduction to Faktorist suitable for any business.
• Supplier-focused — highlights product listing, buyer access, and lead generation features.
• Buyer-focused — emphasizes the supplier directory, RFQ tools, and tender board.
• Re-engagement — a follow-up for contacts who have not yet registered after your first invitation.

Customization

Each template includes your referral link automatically. You can edit the text before sending to personalize it. Adding a personal note about why you recommend Faktorist significantly increases conversion rates.
