Getting Started as a Buyer

As a buyer on Faktorist you have access to thousands of verified suppliers across 45+ countries. Here is how to make the most of the platform.

Searching for Products

Use the search bar at the top of any page. You can search by product name, HS code, supplier name, or category. For advanced searches, try Sofiia — our AI conversational search. Just describe what you need in plain language.

Comparing Suppliers

Add products to the comparison tool (click the compare icon on any product card). The comparison view shows pricing, certifications, lead times, and supplier ratings side by side.

Saving Favourites

Click the heart icon on any product or supplier to save them to your favourites. Access your saved items from Dashboard → Saved.

Requesting Samples

Before placing a large order, you can request product samples directly from the supplier's product page. Sample requests are tracked in your dashboard.

Your Buyer Dashboard

The buyer dashboard shows your recent activity, active RFQs, favourite products, saved suppliers, and suggested matches from Sofiia AI.
