Conversational Search

Instead of typing keywords, describe what you need in natural language. Sofiia understands complex requirements like food-grade sunflower oil, organic certified, from Ukraine or Moldova, minimum 200 tonnes, CIF Hamburg. She returns matching products and suppliers ranked by relevance.

Buyer-Supplier Matching

Sofiia analyses buyer requirements and supplier capabilities to suggest the best matches. She considers product fit, geographic proximity, certifications, past performance, and pricing competitiveness.

Lead Scoring

For suppliers using the Lead Generation module, Sofiia scores incoming leads based on buyer intent signals, company size, purchase history, and engagement patterns. Higher-scored leads are more likely to convert.

Smart Recommendations

Sofiia proactively suggests products you might be interested in, suppliers that match your buying patterns, and market trends relevant to your industry.
