The Q&A portion of a webinar is your chance to get personalized answers from the speaker. Here is how to make the most of it.
Submitting Questions
Most Faktorist webinars have a chat or Q&A panel visible during the session. You can submit questions at any time during the presentation — you do not have to wait for the Q&A segment.
Tips for Good Questions
- Be specific — instead of How do I get more buyers? ask What product listing strategies work best for food suppliers targeting EU buyers?
- Reference the content — tie your question to something the speaker mentioned.
- Keep it concise — short questions are more likely to be selected and answered fully.
- Avoid self-promotion — the Q&A is for learning, not advertising your business.
If Your Question Is Not Answered
Speakers cannot always answer every question during the live session. If your question was not addressed, check the webinar recording and follow-up materials — speakers sometimes answer remaining questions in writing after the session.
