Setting Up Your Company Profile

Company Profiles on Faktorist

Every business on Faktorist has a company profile that serves as its public storefront. A complete company profile increases trust and improves your visibility in search results.

Creating Your Company

Go to Dashboard → My Company and click Create Company. Fill in:

• Legal company name and local-language name (if applicable).
• Country, city, and address.
• Industry and description.
• Website, phone, and contact email.
• Tax ID / registration number.

Inviting Team Members

From your company page, click Manage Employees → Invite. Enter the colleague's email address — they will receive an invitation link. Once accepted, they join your company account and share access to products, RFQs, and analytics.

Claiming a Company

If your company already exists on Faktorist (e.g. created during a supplier import), you can claim it. Go to /claim, search for your company name, and submit a claim request. An admin will verify your identity and approve the claim.

Company Endorsements

Other businesses can endorse your company for specific capabilities. Endorsements appear on your public profile and increase your trust score.
