How to claim an existing company profile

Faktorist pre-populates its directory with publicly available company data. If your company already has a profile, you can claim it to take ownership and manage it.

Finding Your Company

1. During registration, Faktorist will automatically search for your company based on your email domain and name.
2. If a match is found, you will see a prompt: Is this your company?
3. Click Claim This Company to start the claim process.

Verification

To prove you represent the company, you may be asked to:

• Verify your business email domain matches the company website.
• Provide official documentation (registration certificate, power of attorney).
• Complete KYB verification.

After Claiming

Once approved, you become the Owner of the company profile. You can then edit all information, add products, invite team members, and respond to inquiries.

If you cannot find your company, you can create a new profile during onboarding.
