Getting Started with Faktorist — Your First Steps
Welcome to Faktorist
Faktorist is a B2B trade marketplace that connects verified suppliers and buyers worldwide. Whether you are sourcing raw materials, selling manufactured goods, or looking for trade partners, Faktorist provides the tools you need.
Step 1 — Create Your Account
Visit faktorist.com/register and choose one of three methods:
- Google Sign-In — fastest option, one click.
- QR Code + Business Card — scan the QR code with your phone camera, then photograph your business card. Faktorist's AI extracts your name, company, email and phone automatically.
- Email Registration — enter your name, business email and a password manually.
Step 2 — Choose Your Role
During registration you select a primary role:
- Buyer — you want to source products and send RFQs to suppliers.
- Supplier — you want to list products, respond to RFQs, and reach global buyers.
- Ambassador — you want to refer other businesses and earn FTR token commissions.
You can also choose Logistics or Financial roles for specialised services. Your role determines your default dashboard but you can always access other features from the navigation menu.
Step 3 — Complete Your Profile
After signing in, the onboarding checklist guides you through:
- Uploading a profile photo or company logo.
- Filling in your company details (name, country, industry).
- Starting the KYB (Know Your Business) verification to unlock premium features.
Step 4 — Explore the Dashboard
Your dashboard is the command centre. From here you can browse the marketplace, create an RFQ, check your FTR wallet, view analytics, and manage your settings. Use the top navigation bar to jump between sections.
