Understanding the Faktorist dashboard

After logging in, your dashboard is the central hub for all Faktorist activity. The layout adapts based on your company role (Supplier, Buyer, or both).
Top Navigation Bar
The main navigation bar across the top of every page gives you access to all platform sections:
- Dashboard — your homepage with key metrics, recent activity, and quick actions.
- Marketplace — browse the supplier directory, discover products, and explore listings.
- Products (Suppliers) — manage your product catalog, add new products, and track performance.
- Users — manage your company team members and invitations.
- Referrals — invite other businesses and earn FTR tokens through the referral program.
- Analytics — view performance data, traffic insights, and engagement metrics.
- More — access additional features like CRM, Tenders, Group Buying, Logistics, and Integrations.
Quick Actions
The top-right corner provides quick access to:
- Search (magnifying glass icon or ⌘F) — search across products, suppliers, and help articles.
- FTR Wallet — view your token balance and transaction history.
- Notifications (bell icon) — see new messages, RFQ responses, and system alerts.
- Profile menu — access your account settings, switch companies, or sign out.
Dashboard Home
Your dashboard homepage shows:
- Key business metrics (views, inquiries, products listed).
- Recent activity feed (new RFQs, messages, team updates).
- Onboarding checklist progress (if you are still setting up).
- Quick action buttons for common tasks.
