Understanding the contact card

Every contact in the Faktorist CRM has a detailed contact card that serves as the single source of truth for that relationship.
Sections of the Contact Card
- Header — Name, company, position, and avatar. A verification badge appears if the contact has a verified Faktorist account.
- Contact details — Email, phone, country, and links to their Faktorist profile or external website.
- Tags — Custom labels you assign for segmentation (e.g., "VIP", "apparel buyer", "EU market").
- Activity timeline — A chronological log of all interactions: messages sent and received, RFQs, tender bids, quotes, meetings, and manual notes.
- Deals — All active and closed deals involving this contact, with status and value.
- Files — Documents exchanged with this contact (invoices, catalogs, certifications).
- Team — Which of your team members is assigned to this contact.
