Order Management
Once an RFQ is awarded or a purchase is made, orders are tracked in your dashboard.
The Fulfillment Timeline
Every order goes through a series of stages:
- Confirmed — the supplier has accepted the order.
- In Production — goods are being manufactured or prepared.
- Quality Check — optional inspection stage.
- Shipped — goods have left the supplier's facility.
- In Transit — shipment is on its way.
- Delivered — goods received by the buyer.
- Completed — both parties confirm the transaction.
Order Documents
Download all order-related documents from the order detail page: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Order History
View all past orders from Dashboard → Orders. Filter by status, date range, supplier, or product. You can re-order from past transactions with one click.
