Getting Help — Support Tickets and the Help Bot

If you cannot find an answer in the knowledge base, our support team is ready to help.
Opening a Support Ticket
Go to Dashboard → Support → New Ticket. Describe your issue in detail, attach any relevant screenshots or documents, and select a priority level. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
Tracking Ticket Status
View all your tickets and their current status (Open, In Progress, Waiting for Your Reply, Resolved) from Dashboard → Support. You will receive email notifications when the status changes.
Support Bot
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page to talk to our support bot. The bot can answer common questions, guide you through platform features, and escalate to a human agent if needed.
