The Faktorist CRM is built into your dashboard and helps you manage every business relationship — leads, contacts, customers, and suppliers — without switching to a separate tool.
What You Get
- Contact cards — A central record for every person or company you interact with, including communication history, deal activity, and notes.
- Activity timeline — A chronological feed of every interaction (messages, RFQs, tender bids, calls, meetings) attached to each contact.
- Team assignment — Assign contacts to specific team members so everyone knows who owns each relationship.
- Saved lists and filters — Segment your contacts by role, country, product category, or custom tags.
Accessing the CRM
From your dashboard, click CRM in the top navigation. You will land on the Contacts overview with a searchable table of all your contacts.
Who Should Use It
Any team member who communicates with buyers, suppliers, or partners. Suppliers use it to track leads and buyer inquiries; buyers use it to manage their supplier shortlist and procurement contacts.
