UAmbassador FAQ: common questions answered

Here are answers to the questions we hear most often from UAmbassadors.

Can I be a UAmbassador and a regular user at the same time?

Yes. Your UAmbassador status is an add-on to your existing account. You continue using Faktorist normally as a Supplier, Buyer, or both.

Is there a cost to join?

No. The UAmbassador Program is completely free to join. There are no fees, no minimum commitments, and no hidden costs.

Can I refer my own company?

No. Self-referrals are not permitted. You cannot use your referral link to register a company you own or control.

What happens if a referred user cancels their subscription?

If a referred user cancels within the 30-day holding period, the associated commission is voided. After the holding period, earned commissions are yours to keep.

Can I have multiple referral links?

Currently, each UAmbassador has one referral link. You can track performance across different channels using UTM parameters if needed.

How long does the referral attribution last?

When someone clicks your referral link, the attribution is stored via a cookie for 90 days. If they register within that window, you receive credit.
