Your Account Settings

Access your account settings from the avatar menu in the top-right corner of any page, or navigate to Dashboard → Settings.

Edit Your Profile

You can update your name, profile photo, phone number, and preferred language at any time. Changes are saved immediately.

Change Your Password

Go to Settings → Security and enter your current password followed by your new password. We recommend using a strong, unique password with at least 12 characters.

Notification Preferences

Faktorist sends three types of notifications:

In-app — appear in the bell icon dropdown. Always on.
Email — RFQ updates, new messages, order status changes. You can toggle each type individually.
Push — browser notifications for real-time alerts. Enable from Settings → Notifications.

Active Sessions

Under Settings → Security → Active Sessions you can see all devices currently logged into your account. Click Sign Out next to any session you do not recognise.

Language Settings

Faktorist supports 30 languages. Change your preferred language from the language switcher in the footer or from Settings → Preferences.
