How to reset your password

If you forgot your password or need to change it, Faktorist provides a straightforward reset process.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

1. Go to the Sign In page at faktorist.com.
2. Click Forgot Password? below the password field.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (check spam if it does not arrive within 5 minutes).
5. Click the reset link and set a new password (minimum 8 characters).

Changing Your Current Password

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security.
2. Click Change Password.
3. Enter your current password and the new password.
4. Click Save.

Tips

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other sites.
• Enable two-factor authentication for extra security.
