Account Security
Keeping your Faktorist account secure is essential for protecting your business data and transactions.
Password Best Practices
- Use at least 12 characters with a mix of upper/lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Never reuse passwords from other services.
- Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Active Sessions
Review your active sessions from Settings → Security. If you see a device or location you do not recognise, sign it out immediately and change your password.
Data Privacy (GDPR)
Faktorist complies with GDPR and Ukrainian data protection laws. Your rights include:
- Right to access your personal data.
- Right to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to delete your account and data.
- Right to export your data.
Exercise these rights from Settings → Privacy or contact our Data Protection Officer.
Cookie Settings
