Faktorist API

The Faktorist API lets developers integrate marketplace data and functionality into their own applications.

Getting Started

Access the developer console from Dashboard → Developer. Generate an API key and review the API documentation. All endpoints use RESTful conventions with JSON payloads.

Key Endpoints

Products — search, list, and manage product data.
Suppliers — query supplier profiles and capabilities.
RFQs — create and manage requests for quotation programmatically.
Analytics — pull your dashboard metrics into external reporting tools.

Webhooks

Configure webhooks to receive real-time notifications when events occur: new RFQ, quote received, order status change, etc. Set up webhooks from the developer console.

SmartLead Integration

Connect Faktorist with SmartLead CRM to sync leads, contacts, and campaign data bidirectionally. Configure the integration from Settings → Integrations → SmartLead.

Rate Limits

API requests are rate-limited based on your subscription plan. Free plans allow 100 requests/hour; Professional plans allow 10,000 requests/hour; Enterprise plans have custom limits.
