Exporting contacts and generating reports

You can export your CRM data for reporting, backup, or integration with external tools at any time.
Exporting Contacts
- Go to CRM → Contacts.
- Apply any filters you want (or export the full list).
- Click Export in the toolbar.
- Choose the format: CSV (for spreadsheets and imports) or Excel (.xlsx) (for richer formatting).
- The file downloads to your computer with all visible columns.
What Is Included
The export includes: name, company, email, phone, country, position, tags, lead stage, assigned team member, date created, and last activity date.
CRM Reports
Go to CRM → Reports for pre-built analytics dashboards:
- Lead pipeline — How many contacts are in each stage, with conversion rates between stages.
- Activity summary — Number of messages, RFQs, and deals per period.
- Team performance — Activity and conversion metrics per team member.
- Dormant contacts — Contacts with no activity in the last 90 days.
All reports can be filtered by date range, team member, country, and tags. Export any report as PDF or CSV.
