Searching and filtering contacts

As your contact list grows, search and filter tools become essential for finding the right people quickly.
Quick Search
The search bar at the top of the CRM → Contacts page supports full-text search across contact names, company names, email addresses, and notes. Start typing and results filter in real time.
Advanced Filters
Click Filters to access advanced options:
- Country — Filter by the contact's country.
- Tags — Select one or more tags.
- Assigned To — Show contacts assigned to a specific team member.
- Lead Stage — Filter by pipeline stage (New, Contacted, Qualified, etc.).
- Last Activity — Find contacts with no activity in the last 30, 60, or 90 days to identify dormant relationships.
- Source — Filter by how the contact was created (RFQ, tender, manual entry, etc.).
Saving Filter Presets
Once you configure a useful combination of filters, click Save as View to create a reusable preset. Name it (e.g., "Hot leads in EU") and access it from the sidebar dropdown any time.
Exporting Results
Click Export to download the currently filtered contact list as a CSV file. Useful for offline analysis or importing into other tools.
