Using the CRM dashboard for pipeline visibility

The CRM dashboard gives managers and team members a visual overview of their contact pipeline, activity levels, and team performance.
Dashboard Widgets
- Pipeline funnel — A visual funnel showing how many contacts are in each lead stage (New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won/Lost). Click any stage to drill down to the contact list.
- Activity chart — A bar chart showing daily or weekly activity volume (messages, calls, meetings, deals) over the selected period.
- New leads — A counter and trend line of new contacts created this week/month compared to the previous period.
- Conversion rate — Percentage of leads that move from New to Won, with a trend comparison.
- Upcoming reminders — Your next 5 follow-up reminders with quick action buttons.
- Top contacts — Contacts with the most activity or highest deal values in the current period.
Customizing the Dashboard
Drag and rearrange widgets to suit your workflow. Use the date picker in the top-right corner to change the reporting period. Managers can toggle between their personal view and the team-wide view.
