How to set up two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra security layer to your account by requiring a code from your phone in addition to your password.

Enabling 2FA

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security.
2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar).
4. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm setup.
5. Save the backup recovery codes in a secure location.

Logging In with 2FA

After entering your email and password, you will be prompted to enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Lost Access to Your Authenticator?

Use one of the backup recovery codes you saved during setup. Each code can only be used once. If you have no remaining codes, contact support at [email protected] with proof of identity.
