Adding your company certifications and compliance documents

Certifications signal quality and reliability to potential trading partners. Adding them to your profile increases trust and improves your compliance score.

Supported Certification Types

• Quality standards — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000.
• Food safety — HACCP, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000.
• Organic — USDA Organic, EU Organic, JAS.
• Trade compliance — AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), C-TPAT.
• Other — CE marking, FDA registration, GMP, and more.

How to Add Certifications

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Compliance Documents.
2. Click Upload Document.
3. Select the certification type, enter the certificate number, and upload a scan or PDF.
4. Set the expiration date if applicable.
5. Click Save.

Compliance Score

Your compliance score (0–100) is calculated automatically based on your certifications, KYB verification, and profile completeness. A higher score leads to better search placement.
