How to upload your company logo and cover image

A professional logo and cover image make your company profile stand out in the supplier directory and search results.

Uploading Your Logo

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Company Profile.
  2. Click the logo placeholder or the Upload Logo button.
  3. Select an image file (PNG, JPG, or SVG). Minimum size: 200×200 pixels. Square images work best.
  4. Click Save.

Uploading a Cover Image

  1. On the same page, click the cover image area at the top of the profile preview.
  2. Upload a wide image (recommended: 1200×400 pixels).
  3. Adjust the crop area if needed and save.

Best Practices

  • Use a high-resolution logo with a transparent background for the cleanest appearance.
  • Cover images should showcase your products, factory, or team — avoid generic stock photos.
  • Maximum file size is 5 MB per image.
