Saved contacts: building your shortlist

Saved contacts let you bookmark companies or people you are interested in without sending a formal contact request. It is a quick way to build a shortlist for future outreach.
How to Save a Contact
- Visit any company profile or supplier listing.
- Click the Bookmark icon (or Save button) in the top-right corner of the profile.
- The company is added to your CRM → Saved list.
Managing Saved Contacts
Go to CRM → Saved to see all bookmarked profiles. From here you can:
- Sort by date saved, company name, or country.
- Add tags to organize your shortlist (e.g., "potential supplier for Q3 order").
- Send a contact request or message directly from the saved list.
- Remove a bookmark by clicking the Unsave icon.
Use Cases
- Buyers — Save promising suppliers while browsing the directory, then compare them later before sending RFQs.
- Suppliers — Save companies that viewed your profile or posted relevant tenders, then reach out when the timing is right.
Saved contacts are private — the other party is not notified when you bookmark their profile.
